Training
When:
Exercise can be taken at any time to be beneficial. It will depend on your lifestyle and when YOU feel is the best time for YOU. Some of my clients like to get up and go in the early morning. Others prefer later in the day. Some have to get their work completed first and exercise in the evening.
Where:
Not everyone enjoys working in a gym, or has time to visit one. Many of my clients enjoy the health benefits without ever going near a gym. Apart from working in gyms I also work from clients' homes, places of work and outside.
How:
You will receive a balanced programme of activities based on the three main elements of Strength, Mobility and Cardiovascular efficiency. Particular emphasis will be placed on core strength. Your progress will be constantly monitored and exercises changed to meet your improving strength and ability, so that it continues to be challenging.
It is my aim that you enjoy the exercise sessions and start to feel the benefit that regualr exercise will bring within the first few weeks.
